EslingKenny are currently working with a hospitality company in Central London looking to strengthen their company with the appointment of a PA to Operations and Finance. This established business is looking for an individual who wants to get stuck in and has the relevant experience needed to succeed in this position. The role: Reporting into the HR Manager and CFO, the main responsibilities of the PA to Operations and Finance position include: Provision administrative support for the senior management team. Minutes taking, typing of correspondence and reports etc., as instructed. Planning and maintaining the correct schedule of meetings and supporting the administration of the meetings. Preparing report packs and presentations. Preparing and maintaining reports, meeting notes and minutes and ensuring follow up actions re taken forward. Managing the team diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings; co-ordinating meeting rooms, travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary. Collating and distributing meeting papers to an agreed timescale. Organising meetings and preparing meeting rooms with appropriate refreshments. Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments when necessary. Arranging travel and accommodation for the senior management and/or their visitors Booking venues for off-site meetings. Prepare and submit Expenses. Creating PowerPoint presentations. Maintaining an up to date filing system for all related support material (including restaurants leases etc). Provision of additional services and support as determined by the workload and priorities. Ensure that papers and reports are correctly filed for all the teams as required Manage stationery requirements for the team, ordering as appropriate from Company supplier and checking invoices prior to submission for approval, including branded business cards. Manage other office supplies (coffee etc) General typing, copying and filing duties. Perform other ad hoc and personal duties from time to time as required. What you need At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in a similar position Desirable: Experience of working within the hospitality sector Salary & Benefits This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced HR Manager, CFO and other senior members of staff in an established company. It is a permanent role paying between £23,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience. Also, benefits include company discounts, social events and more.
