Brief Overview of Responsibilities Conducting daily coaching sessions Carry out monitoring of call quality to improve performance Manage poor performance through capability processes to ensure a fair and consistent approach Work with Head of Sales to review and improve unit performance Pro-actively instil a high morale across the team even under pressure We can provide all product training in-house so if you're a strong sales team leader, you could be right for us irrespective of travel experience. We're offering a 40 hour fully flexible contract, we're based in Chorley (Lancashire) and benefits include two company party's per year, educational trips to see cruise ships and healthy monthly commission payouts.
