The Role: This position is based in a exploration team and reports to the General Manager of Asset Development . The Exploration Department has a reporting structure of five teams. Key Job Responsibilities Support the AD (Asset) Exploration GM (General Manager) in confidential projects as required - including full coordination of calendar in arranging all meetings, managing/resolving conflicts and minimising unnecessary meetings to ensure their time is best managed with limited supervision Assist the AD Exploration GM in the management of the commercial interfaces with Joint Venture Participants (JVPs) Require high attention to detail. Organise travel bookings and arrangements often complex, outside of standard. Assistance in handling routine budget and cost management activities: Provide assistance with use of Ariba (eProcurement) to create and manage work requests as directed by senior staff and Finance Provide Document Control and preparation support to the General Manager Exploration and Exploration Team. Provide support to ensure all documents are prepared in compliance with company policies and procedures regarding formats and document control information. Includes providing word and file processing services to help generate routine reports (e.g. various technical reports, including pre-read, presentations and minutes, and other deliverables prepared in Word, Excel or PowerPoint). Convert items to Adobe Acrobat as appropriate. Work to be accurate and required under tight deadlines Monitoring Timewriting compliance, distribution of communications and follow up of delinquents Provide backup and assistance to Asset Development Admin Team as required including cover for annual leave, CWW, training etc. The Company: Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. Essential Skills / Qualifications: Essential Oil and Gas Operator experience Experience in providing support to executive level managers Proven experience in stakeholder engagement with multiple stakeholders Clear ability to work unsupervised with limited direction using own initiative to seek solutions to multiple conflicting requirements Microsoft suite experience to advance level. SharePoint knowledge. Superior computer & document management skills, specifically advanced knowledge of MS Outlook MS Word (50 WPM Minimum), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS Access (Basic), MS PowerPoint (Intermediate), Visio (basic); use of EIS (External Information System) rooms.
