As PFI Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of all FM services to c30 schools in the East London area. Client Details Our client is a leading FM service provider in the UK. Description As PFI Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all FM services to c30 PFI schools in East London. Reporting to the PFI Director, you will have direct accountability for the operational, financial & contractual performance of these c30 schools through the effective leadership of a substantial in-house team as well as specialist sub-contractors. This contract has been operating for c10 years and requires an experienced Account Manager to lead this through a substantial period of investment and change to bring it to the next phase of operation. You will have three direct reports each covering c10 schools each and working closely with them, will be responsible for all activity on this contract to ensure excellent client relationships, both with the SPV and the end-users. Profile In order to apply for this role, you must: - Have experience in leading a large, outsourced FM account across a large region. - Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, having previously ran accounts in excess of £5m p/a. - Show excellent managerial capability, with a track record in successfully training and developing staff. - Live within (or have the ability to relocate to) a commutable distance of East London. In addition to the above, those with experience within the PFI Education sector will be at a distinct advantage. Job Offer Salary of £65,000 to £75,000 with a generous package and genuine career prospects.
