Everyday you play your part in making our business successful, working as part of the senior team you skilfully steer the Commercial Director and the management team through the day. You are the backbone of the team, holding it all together and knowing exactly what is needed when. You read the signs and know how to avert disaster to make sure that we all complete the day on top. This isn’t a typical business and our world is about skincare - from one minute you will be working in the serious area of skin cancer, then next you will be working to ensure that our products remain the choice of product with the creators of beauty. Skilled at balancing your work and the demands of the team and your own work, you understand our markets and customers whilst ensuring that our values and culture is at the heart of everything we do. In a nutshell As Executive Assistant to our Commercial Director you will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Director and his senior team achieve success every day. No two days are the same and as a business with 3 sectors and ambitious growth the Commercial Director and their team are vital to our success. Day to day our commercial director runs our business with full responsibility of everything that happens, and this means their time is in demand and you need to be able to manage that demand to ensure that nothing is missed off. Embodying our brand and having a real understanding of our customers and stakeholders you the get the culture and our values. Skilled at being able to control even the most challenging of situations you show we are unlike any other business in our sector. It is you and people like you who make our customers love us in the way they do. Everyday our commercial director and their senior team work throughout the business to support our teams ensuring that our customers expectations are surpassed. Working with the team responsible for the day to day operation of every aspect of our world you are the eyes and ears, the feet on the ground making sure that our brand, culture and values lives in everything we do. Skilled in the art of control, you will manage the day to day whereabouts of our Commercial Director and Leadership team, you will ensure that the resources are aligned reports delivered and analysis complete so to make the best use of their time. Translating complex into simple solutions and taking complex data and making it the tool to inform and drive. With a gut instinct for what needs to be done when you will stay that one step ahead. Your ability to cut through the noise and deliver exactly what is needed is natural to you and a real key strengths. What you need to bring to the table People are key to driving our business and to be successful in this role you must bring - Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail - Able to understand complex situations and translate into simple easy solutions - Experience of working in a fast-paced dynamic sector - Able to manage and prioritise workload, delegate and multi task - Understanding of healthcare and aesthetics - an advantage but not essential
