Graduate Legal Sales Recruitment Consultant - 10 Immediate and Summer 2017 starts My client is a Global Legal Recruitment business based in London, who operate across all levels of Legal Recruitment within Private Practice and In-House Legal. Building from a strong client network, established Client base and extensive experience in the Industry they are looking to make a hire immediately. My client is responsible for the vast majority of Partner moves within the top Law firms in the world, and have experience moving Teams of Partners on a Global basis. They also place Associates internationally and deal with leading Banks, Hedge Funds and Asset management businesses for their In-House Legal positions. They also encourage established employees to move internationally within the business in their offices. Our client is looking for an extremely hard working and professional Law Graduate, who is self-motivated and works well under pressure to join them as a Trainee Resource Consultant. Your daily tasks will include generating leads staying on top of market research, ensuring key contacts are maintained whilst also sourcing top level candidates and approaching them tactically. Their extensive knowledge base of the legal sector also allows them to provide a range of information services, and they are specialists in their field. For this Graduate Legal recruitment role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Minimum 2:1 grade ideally having studied law A levels in excess of BBB Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written Resilient Articulate Credible Intelligent Self-motivated Socially confident Versatile Diligent Ability to speak with ease and confidence to senior members of staff £24k base salary. £35k+ 1st year OTE with top billers achieving in excess of £80K + p/a.
