Finance Manager | Arts / Charity Sector Harmonic are delighted to partner with a well renowned Art Gallery, who are currently searching for a Finance Manager. You will be working alongside the Directors in a predominantly hands on role, while also offering strategic insight and business analysis into future projects. Company Culture The business hire on attitude, potential and competencies rather than requiring candidates to be a '100% on paper fit'. The Role The position is a broad role, and includes duties such as preparing monthly management accounts, supporting individual budget holders in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and overseeing the work of the Finance Department. You will sit in the Senior Management team and will be collaborating with and offering strategic advise to the Directors. The business are looking for a finance professional who is comfortable challenging ideas and implementing new ideas. The position would also require you to play a very hands on role, and so having a team player mentality will be crucial.
