Hearcentres Limited operate a group of Independent Hearing Aid Centres across London and the South. We have a new vacancy for a part-time Practice Manager/Office Manager at our Head Office in Horsham, West Sussex. This role is a job-share and will be varied as it encompasses managing the day to day operation of our London practices. This is a very important role as you will act as the first point of contact for our London clients and coordinate appointments at our prestigious London clinics. As well as dealing with hearing aid clients, you will also deal with other areas of our business including Broadcast, Shooting, Motorsport and Aviation. As a customer-facing representative of our Company, we are looking for someone who is presentable, articulate and professional, with outstanding customer service and administrative skills. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Sage and Odoo would also be helpful but full training would be provided. You will need to be self-motivated and work on your own initiative and have the flexibility to cover holiday and sickness absences with your job-share partner as required. Ideally you would work 20 hours a week (days to be agreed) and have a crossover midweek with your job-share partner. Our office hours are 09.00 to 17.30, Monday to Friday. A competitive salary and benefits are offered including free on-site car parking. After an initial probation period, a company bonus scheme would also be offered.
