We are recruiting for an experienced administrator with a confident telephone manner to join a team based in Keele in a assistant project manager role. The role involves providing office based support for a nationwide team of technical surveyors by recording the progress of various projects and collating vital information from utility /power suppliers. You will ideally have excellent telephone manner great attention to detail experience of working to deadlines an outgoing personality so you will be able to build rapport within a telephone based relationship proficiency in using Microsoft products including Excel, Word , Outlook Driving licence and your own vehicle to make site visits when needed excellent English, spoken and written report /letter writing experience a proactive, 'can do' attitude Superb organisational skills The company is well established and has modern offices, with parking. The hours of work are 36.25 hours between Monday and Friday. The role is temp to perm with an early start date. The initial telephone interviews will begin week beginning 22 May 2017.
