Having successfully expanded across 5 European countries working across high level sectors such as Finance, Digital, IT and the Life Sciences and now are looking to train these consultants so that they can expand the company into new markets with the hope of running the consultants running their own divisions! Working with a variety of large household clients such as Goldman Sachs, GSK & Bauer across a range of roles from senior placements down to junior roles gives consultants coming into the industry great scope to develop within the role and learn market leading techniques. The training programme is devised to ensure all associate consultants joining the programme can learn all aspects of the 360 recruitment role consisting of: * Business Development aspects such as client sourcing. * Candidate sourcing methods and building relationships with candidates. * Market research tools so consultants can integrate fully with their markets. * Account management training. * Negotiation development techniques and sales training.
