THE COMPANY The Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a Doncaster based manufacturing company to recruit a HR Business Partner. As one of the leading employers in Doncaster, this is a fantastic and rare opportunity for a dedicated HR Generalist to join a team who are at the forefront of their sector and developing new HR policies and procedures. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, this role will assist the HR Manager is all aspects of HR expertise as well as providing first line supervisory support for a HR/ Payroll team of five. Working within the company's most successful division, this role will be looking after four sites spread across the country. Ideally located, my client are based in Doncaster, close to major road networks and easily accessible to experienced HR Business Partners living in Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Mexborough, Chesterfield, Wakefield, Pontefract and surrounding areas. THE JOB As HR Business Partner and reporting directly into the HR Manager duties will include: Ensuring alignment of management decisions with HR business strategy Coaching and developing the HR team (team of 5) Supporting the HR team on all HR needs eg policy, disciplinary and grievance Advising employees on all HR needs Ensuring all aspects of human resources and administration are dealt with promptly and professionally Support HR/ Recruitment in the hiring of new staff Support the implementation of appraisal systems Produce monthly reports THE PERSON The successful candidate will need to be educated to Level 5 CIPD or above A strong HR Generalist knowledge Ability to think on act on their feet Experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment would be beneficial Occasional travel and over nights stay will be needed to other sites Full clean drivers license Experience of recruitment and selection experiences would be beneficial Strong manager Ability to build strong working relationships Ability to communicate efficiently to all levels THE BENEFITS Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Onsite parking Generous pension scheme Brilliant exposure to a range of HR policies and procedures Fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading and most reputable employers in the Doncaster area Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group focuses on the recruitment of talent in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
