You’ll play an essential part in the company success story by: Project managing a wide variety of commercial, operational and technical business improvement initiatives  Developing the Business Improvement, IT and systems strategy to meet the business needs  Enhancing business processes, developing systems and performance information.  Supporting a culture of continual improvement and business sustainability.  Supporting the Directors on various business projects Leading Others  Developing the Business Improvement Team  Providing consultative expertise including guiding users through key decisions Information & Communication Technology  Planning and managing the ICT budget  Ensuring that all ICT systems are maintained and fit for purpose including security, networking and system upgrades. Skills, Qualifications and Experience  Proven experience in the successful delivery of end to end project management  Extensive experience in implementing, leading and coaching improvement methods and successful track record of implementing change management.  Strategic thinking and execution combined with your logic, reasoning and decisiveness.  Hands on and engaging internal consulting style and first class stakeholder management skills.  Ability to understanding complex information and requirements and articulate them to a variety of stakeholders.  Knowledge of auditing risk and compliance of systems and processes along with the ability to troubleshoot and move others into action.  Ability to manage budgets and understand the bottom line impact of projects.  Third party selection and SLA management experience.  Breadth of commercial skills and ability to manipulate data. Nice to have, but additional training and support offered:  Understanding of IT infrastructure and data security requirements.  Previous experience in managing and delivering tenders  Up to date knowledge of the latest networking and web technologies  Knowledge of lighting and rigging equipment  Equipment Hire experience  Live event knowledge  The ability to work paid overtime on occasions, including weekends is essential.
