Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the business based out of their Sidcup Dealership. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take inbound calls, texts and live chats from potential customers who are looking to buy a car. Your main responsibilities will be giving advice on our client’s current range cars, talking them though current offers and checking if a new, used or financed car would suit them best. With the main aim to get them booked in to see a Car Sales Executive at one of our clients 11 dealerships. About the role Communicate with the customer in a variety of chosen methods Talk and listen to inbound customer calls to fully understand their requirements Work with the Sales Executives to ensure the database is up to date Ensure that the customer’s information is recorded and updated Guarantee all appointments are scheduled clearly in the Sales Executives diary Help on outbound campaigns as and when needed Attend all training as and when is requested Talk to the customer about their current needs and wants Encourage the customer to experience the product Give them all relevant information around our client’s current vehicles and offers Contact all customers within the agreed service level agreement Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, encouraging them to experience the product Make outbound follow up calls with customers About you Superb communication skills via phone, email and live chat Excellent levels of customer service Computer literate Precise planning and organisational skills Work efficiently under pressure Be polite, friendly and persuasive Have excellent rapport building Be money motivated and have the ability to sell About the company Excellent basic salary Fantastic career progression Bonus scheme based on hitting sales targets Great working environment Car scheme Market leading benefits including healthcare, pension, childcare and company lease scheme About our client Our client is a leading car automotive dealership in the UK specialising in Japanese brands, they currently employ over 500 people across 11 retail dealerships and are looking to expand even further.
