This person will have previous experience within Customer Service or Sales, have strong communication skills and be a great team player. Some of the duties will include: Managing call backs from a list of leads provided Regularly interacting with customers Updating internal CRM system with accurate and relevant customer call information for the processing team to use when organising quotes Regular interaction is required with the rest of the team to ensure up-to-date pricing is provided One-off projects could involve selling larger energy deals and meeting customers face-to-face to discuss the sale of a deal The suitable candidate: Previous experience within customer service or telesales Strong communication skills on all levels Professional telephone manner Good team player Willingness to learn Motivated Looking for the next step in your career?
