A Cycle Republic Workshop Manager will drive efficiency and profit improvements by leading their workshop team to deliver amazing levels of service to all levels of cyclist. You will be responsible for running an efficient workshop that exceeds our customers’ needs through effective planning and continual training and development of you team. Day to day you will be accountable for reporting, assisting with targeting, costs, loss prevention, workshop processes and systems. You will develop and implement systems and tools to continually improve the efficiency and service the workshop delivers to all customers and also be accountable for developing local business plans to attract new business in cycle service & repair. The perfect candidate will have previous experience in the cycle industry, have a passion for all types of bike and ideally have either Cytec or NVQ Cycle Maintenance level 2 accreditation and be happy repairing and servicing all types of bikes as well as helping customers understand the benefits of cycle maintenance and servicing.
