Chris Hayes Associates is currently recruiting for a growing Corporate Finance team within a very entrepreneurial national firm of Chartered Accountants which, following a period of heightened activity, is now looking to enhance its team in the West Midlands with a talented individual. You will come into a Corporate Finance Executive role based in an office near the Black Country, south of Wolverhampton. You will join a small team and play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, fund raising, valuations and general strategic advice. You will also get involved in some due diligence work to support different deals. Corporate Finance Executives also get involved in business development opportunities both from the extensive client base and other intermediaries. At the Corporate Finance Executive grade you will probably be a commercial recently qualified accountant and get involved in report writing around information memorandums and business plans, financial modelling, key financial analysis, M&A research and preparing presentations. Returners to work will also be considered who have maybe been out of the market for a while who are keen to build up their skills again. The successful candidates will have a solid academic background, be a qualified accountant and strong communication skills are a prerequisite. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly, flexible firm that is having considerable success and growing so there is certain room for progression for the right Corporate Finance Executive.
