Our client an award winning long established Essex based Residential Home builder is wishing to appoint on a permanent level Quality Inspector working within their Regeneration South Division. Your area of work will cover West London Minimum IO years Construction Experience either in Construction Management or Quality Inspector Capacity Sound Knowledge of Building Regulations Sound understanding of Construction process including trades and materials Be Technically Competent Have a good judgement and the ability to either insist on corrections, when to negotiate and when to compromise The ability to keep up to date with changes in Construction Organisation and Project Management Skills Problem Solving Skills * An attention to detail when checking work and material Good written and oral communication Skills Ability to liaise with Staff at all levels, including Design, Construction and Sales teams Ability to meet targets and deadlines Member of one of the following, Chartered Institute of Buildings Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors Institute Clerk of Works Construction Inspectorate of Great Britain Base Salary of £40-£45k+Car+Bonus+Plus Lap Top+Mobile+Expense Account+Additional Benefits To find out more about this role please call or email your CV to
