Full-Time/Part-Time: Both Available Contract Type: Temporary (2 - 6 weeks) Start Date: Immediate Start (Must be able to work Easter Weekend) Location: Shoreditch - 2 minutes walk from Haggerston Overground Station Salary: £12 - £15 per hour depending on experience Based in the heart of Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an expanding airport transfer minicab company. Serving over 150000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond. We are recruiting experienced temporary Dispatchers / Shift Controllers / Logistics Coordinators to join our call centre team for the busy Easter period. Responsibilities * Live dispatching of jobs to drivers and partners * Monitoring bookings/flights/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time * Handling customer queries and complaints politely and effectively by phone and email * Communicating with management regarding driver performance and shift statistics Skills All candidates should be able to demonstrate why they are suitable for this role. Hours * Both day (7/8am-4/6pm) and evening (4/6pm-11pm) shifts * Full time applicants MUST be fully flexible to work days, evenings and weekends * Must be able to work the Easter Weekend * Overtime available at times If you think this is you, and would like to find out more please forward your CV together with a covering letter demonstrating why you are suitable for this role to Andy.
