Graduate Researcher - Executive Search £25,000 - £28,000 p/a + bonuses Ambitious Graduates The City, London Graduate Researcher / Headhunter required for a leading Executive Search firm within the finance space. We are looking for top level graduates ideally from a Russell Group university or Top 20 University with a passion to succeed and a hunger and drive to progress. You will start as a Researcher working to market map various different areas, identify key clientele and candidates alike, build market material and increase your knowledge of the market overall. You will work on a project basis working under the Director and will have a chance to work across all areas of the market before you progress to an Associate. The opportunities to progress are vast and based solely upon your own hard work. They pay their bonuses annually giving you the opportunity to build your business within the first year. With that in mind, this isn’t your average 9-5 job and you will be expected to work hard and really immerse yourself in the company in order for you to achieve the top end of what they offer. They are a multi award winning firm with an energetic, sociable team offering various other incentives including holidays, team events and Director Lunches. Despite their specialism being in finance, you do not need any background in finance at all but any knowledge that you can pick up beforehand would be beneficial.
