You will be given key accounts to manage and you will be supporting with orders and queries! The role will involve: Taking complete ownership of all aspects relating to key accounts. This includes: - Ensuring all orders are fulfilled within the parameters of a pre-defined service level agreement - Dealing directly with internal member of staff on the accounts behalf - Providing bespoke reports and KPIs - Sourcing additional requirements for the account The ideal candidate: Ideally looking for someone with hire experience Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport Account Management experience preferred Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
