Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer - West Cumbria Salary: £31,930 Dependent on experience Skills: Time served (higher level certificate), Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, E&I, industrial installation & maintenance This is an opportunity to enter the Educational sector as a professional E&I Engineer. The roles aim is to deliver, assess and where necessary offer support to learners engaged in Electrical & Instrumentation engineering courses up to level 3. You do not have to have teaching / Assessor qualifications though you must be willing to work towards these. If you are looking for career options this is a choice. You must be an experienced, confident Engineer and have strong communication skills with a passion for the work you do. Our client is looking for a person who can inspire others to learn. The successful candidate must have use of a car. The successful candidates will demonstrate: A minimum of HNC qualification in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering. 3 years`+ industry experience in Electrical & Instrumentation. Are competent in domestic or industrial installation & maintenance, and hold your 17th Edition. Knowledge and experience on plant and process control systems. Have worked with apprentices in workplace settings. Been involved in audits with an eye for detail. Have solid numeracy, literacy and computer skills. Are eligible to work in the UK. Previous teaching & assessor experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
