Head Chef -Stunning Gastro Pub- Epsom - £35,000 plus bonus We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef for this fast paced food led pub. The style of food is very much modern British with an emphasis on fresh produce, the team here design each menu and dish individually so you'll also need to be creative!! The ideal candidate will have experience at a similar level, passion for the industry and ultimately the drive to be successful. An eye for detail and a keen interest in current food trends are also advantageous. Leading the team in the absence of the head chef you will be responsible for all junior chefs and will be both a mentor and manager. You MUST ensure food standards are kept high, be punctual and be a real team player. All health and safety compliance and HACCP and COSHH requirements will need to be met. A good grasp of finances is a must! Working five days out of seven this position offers a salary of up to £35,000pa plus outstanding tips and bonus scheme!!
