The Role This role would suit ideally a NQ-3 years PQE Solicitor looking for an opportunity to join a forward thinking and progressive firm with an excellent reputation in the market place. The successful candidate will enjoy a broad mix of work including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust Deeds, administering estates and advising clients in relation to probate matters, administering trusts and preparing Trust Accounts, and dealing with Court of Protection applications. Essential Requirements The successful candidate will have a strong background in Wills, Trust and Probate matters ideally NQ-3 years PQE.
